Before and after school care is available for all enrolled students. Students may be signed in as early as 7 a.m. in the morning. After dismissal from the regular school day, extended care is available until 6 p.m.
A fun-filled atmosphere is uniquely designed for active Bethany Christian School families. We offer nurturing, friendly staff and plenty of fun activities that spur creativity. You can be assured that your child feels secure and at home. Daily activities and healthy snacks support your child’s good eating and fitness habits. Morning care features open play time on our spacious playground and sport court so your child can play their favorite games with friends until school starts at 8:15 a.m.
Specific time is planned for indoor and outdoor play, crafts, snacks, and various activity centers. Embedded in the program is a 20-minute time period for homework.
Because school is out at 1:15 on Fridays, we turn up the fun during the longer time span spent together. Special events are scheduled throughout the year to add some additional fun.
Common to all licensed extended care programs, our facility is licensed by, and our staff meets the standards of, the Arizona Department of Health Services, Office of Child Care Licensure. Our staff is highly trained in safety and receives the latest educational training. At least one staff member with current training in First Aid and CPR is present at the facility at all times. Every child must be signed in and out by you or individuals preauthorized to pick up your child for you. In addition, Bethany Christian School is a registered child care provider for NACCRRA’s Give Army Parents a Break which provides military families up to 16 hours of free child care each month for each of their eligible children.
